How to Donate to Victims of the Valley Village Tragedy

Last week, seven residents were injured while trying to save a car crash victim. Sadly, two died as a result of their heroism. Councilmember Paul Krekorian announced today that the community of Valley Village will join together to assist the Good Samaritans who risked – and in two cases lost – their lives helping.

“No one who puts themselves in harms way should have to struggle to pay the bills that accrue as a result of their altruism,” Councilmember Krekorian said. “This community is tremendously appreciative of the efforts and sacrifices of these Angelenos who came to the assistance of a stranger, and I’m proud to join with them in showing our support with financial assistance.”
